TIGERTOWN FANTASY WINTER WONDERLAND SHOW

Part-Cherokee tribe, part-fairytale troupe, Australia’s Tigertown has woven their spell on us for years with their alt-folk magic. This year the band brings their Fantasy Winter Wonderland show Down Under; an unmissable journey into Narnian corridors and snow-covered forests. Intrigued? Take a walk through the archways and see for yourself.

‘FADING WEST’ NZ PREMIERE

“Part rock documentary, part surf film and part travelogue”,  Fading West follows avid surfers Switchfoot on their recent world tour, one that saw them hit locations like Jeffreys Bay and Crayfish Factory (South Africa), Bronte Beach (Australia), Uluwatu in Bali, and our very own Raglan beach. Watch the band throw themselves into a voyage physical, emotional and musical.

THE OP SHOP BALL WITH LATE 80′S MERCEDES

Raid your local thrift shop, grab some swag and dress up to get down at the Op Shop Ball! Swing the night away with soul superstars Late 80′s Mercedes. There’ll be prizes for the best dressed, and vendors will be onsite to help you with your hair and makeup!

Sponsored by Excel School of Performing Arts, the Blackboard Sessions are your chance for an impromptu Festival slot. We provide basic backline and a 30m slot, you bring the show.

JULIAGRACE – THE HYMNS SET

2013 saw Juliagrace hunkered down in an old historic church building to record a collection of hymns, channeling the songs of our forefathers under stripped-back vestry rafters. Join her for a specially curated night of worship as the old hymnbook is brought alive with beautiful 21st century treatment.

SOUTH AUCKLAND POET’S COLLECTIVE

14 voices, boasting eclectic and unique worldviews will gather on the Massive stage for a night of spoken word, slam poetry and storytelling. Join the SAPC for a night of modern day oratory from some of the best in the country.

See you in the club 2014! Rewired dance parties return to Parachute Festival, boasting the country’s best DJ’s in a club venue from 9pm-midnight each night. Festival headliners will drop in for guests DJ sets during the weekend too!
